Order Processing

  • If you make an Order for buying any product from our website. At the time ordering, while providing your details it is your duty to be careful and warrant that the details provided are true and accurate. All sales are final.
  • Payment mode shall be:
    Mobile Payment: M-Pesa, Mobile Wallet
    Online: Credit Cards and Debit cards;
    PayPal
  • The Preferred method of payment is M-Pesa. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal merchant services. Accepted cards are: Visa / Delta / Electron / MasterCard / Eurocard / Maestro/ American Express Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
  • Any order to purchase a product that you place with us is subject to acceptance by us. When you make your order online we will provide you an email to confirm that we have received it.
  • If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to admin@claire.co.ke.
  • We may refuse or unable to process your order if:
    Your Mobile Wallet or PayPal account does not give authorization for the payment of purchase price.
    You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.
  • You must notify us instantly if any particulars are inappropriate. If your payment has not been accepted you will be informed of this in writing along with the reasons.
  • We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.
  • We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Delivery Policy

We know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Processing time + Delivery Time.

All our products are shipped by our courier partners.

Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is.

Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 7-10 business days

Refund Policy

30 Days No Reason Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received.

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

  • Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.
  • Items received in the incorrect specifications.
  • Unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
  • Used, or misused items.
